Privacy Policy

StackSmash · Last updated 28 August 2026

StackSmash does not ask who you are and does not send anything about you anywhere. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising SDK in the game.

1. What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, location, photos or device identifiers.

2. What is stored, and where

The game keeps a small amount of data in your browser's local storage, on your own device:

This never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data — or uninstalling the app once a store version exists — erases it permanently.

3. Third parties

The game loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Every file it needs — the physics engine, the 3D models, the sounds — is served from our own domain. No analytics service, no advertising network, no social plugin is embedded.

4. Children

StackSmash is suitable for all ages and, because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either. We do not knowingly gather personal data from anyone, regardless of age.

5. Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf. The data on your device is yours to clear at any time. If you would still like to ask us something, write to hello@glowygames.com and we will answer.

6. Changes

If a future version of StackSmash adds anything that touches your data — cloud saves, purchases or advertising — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will change.

7. Contact

Glowy Games · hello@glowygames.com

StackSmash is still in development and is currently playable in the browser only. This policy describes that version. It will be reviewed again before the App Store and Google Play releases.
